Matthew brings twenty years of experience spanning from full-service resorts to limited-service hotels. He graduated from Widener University with a B.S. in Hospitality Management and a minor in Accounting. Throughout his career, Matthew has been deeply involved in the day-to-day operations of hotels, excelling in strategic planning, financial management, and team development, all while consistently enhancing customer satisfaction ratings.
Matthew is skilled in advanced labor management and is passionate about mentoring and helping others grow in the hospitality industry. He has guided his team members to achieve peak performance in revenue management, guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and adherence to brand standards.
In March 2015, Matthew joined Hotel Services Group LLC as the General Manager of the Best Western Plus Arlington/Marysville property. Under his leadership, the property earned the prestigious M.K. Guertin Award, Best Western’s highest recognition for service excellence and guest satisfaction. He was later promoted to General Manager of the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Marysville, where he successfully led a property renovation and increased guest satisfaction scores.
Matthew served on the Snohomish County Tourism Board and as the Chairperson for the Tourism Promotion Advisory Council. He has also been active in the LTAC Committees of both Arlington and Marysville.
Matthew’s passion for hospitality extends beyond his professional life. He has traveled the world, exploring diverse foods and cultures, continually growing and learning through these experiences. In his free time, he enjoys being in nature, golfing, and working with his hands.
With over two decades of experience in customer engagement, technology solutions, and business growth strategies, Adam brings a dynamic and results-driven approach to every role. Throughout his career, Adam has played a key role in scaling operations, building strong partnerships, and developing efficient processes that drive long-term success. His ability to collaborate across teams, optimize workflows, and align business goals with customer needs has consistently led to measurable outcomes.
Adam is a Western Washington native who grew up in Seattle and graduated from the University of Washington with BA in Retail Management. Outside of work Adam enjoys road cycling, outdoor adventuring, cooking for friends and family, and spending time with his Goldendoodle, Mango.
Earl is an experienced hospitality professional with a career that began in hotel operations during his 20s. Starting as night audit and morning shifts, he joined Hampton Inn & Suites in Burlington, WA, where he quickly advanced from Night Auditor to Front Desk Lead. Over the course of 6 years, he was promoted to Front Office Manager during the COVID-19 pandemic and later General Manager, overseeing the property in a challenging and transformative time for the industry.
Currently, as the Director of IT & Administration at Hotel Services Group, Earl focuses on Hilton properties while managing a broad portfolio, including the company’s 401k, health insurance, IT infrastructure, Microsoft licenses, and financial reporting. With a commitment to operational excellence and a keen eye for detail, he brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to every role he undertakes.
