Kylie Crick brings over seven years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on guest satisfaction and strategic marketing. She began her journey at the Holiday Inn Express Sumner in 2017 as a Front Desk Agent, where her dedication and passion for the industry quickly propelled her to become the hotel’s Guest Experience Champion. Throughout her early career, Kylie actively sought hands-on training, striving to deepen her knowledge and skills in hotel operations.

In 2021, Kylie advanced to the role of Regional Director of Sales and Marketing for both the Holiday Inn Express and Candlewood Suites in Sumner. In this position, she has successfully implemented innovative marketing strategies and initiatives that have significantly enhanced brand visibility and guest engagement.

Kylie is passionate about fostering a positive team environment and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Her commitment to excellence has consistently driven improvements in customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Outside of her professional life, Kylie enjoys reading, writing, and spending quality time with her friends and her dog, Komi.

SARAHLINNE MILLER

SarahLinne Miller brings over 13 years of experience in the hospitality industry, along with a deep commitment to exceptional customer service and community engagement. A proud Lewis County native, SarahLinne is passionate about giving back through local volunteer work and brings that same dedication to building strong relationships with businesses and residents in the area.
Her journey in hospitality began in 2013 as a front desk auditor, where she quickly discovered her passion for the field and the rewarding connections it brings. In her free time, SarahLinne enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and her beloved German Shepherds.
