He began his journey as a Maintenance Assistant at Candlewood Suites in Burlington, while simultaneously working as a House Person at Hampton Inn Burlington. His hands-on experience in both roles allowed him to develop a deep understanding of hotel operations and grow into a multi-skilled professional.
As his career progressed, Rigo moved into a Front Desk Agent position, covering all shifts, and later advanced to Chief Engineer. This gave him the opportunity to manage various properties, hone his technical expertise, and lead maintenance teams effectively.
Currently serving as the Facilities Support Manager, Rigo thrives on the challenges of repairing and maintaining equipment, always eager to teach and guide his team. His passion lies not only in fixing items but in passing on his knowledge to help others improve their skills. A natural leader, he emphasizes continuous learning, creating a positive and collaborative environment.
